After completing the remediation process, we will collaborate with both the remediator and the client to arrange clearance testing, which aims to assess the success of the remediation efforts and determine if any additional remedial actions are necessary. Following the guidelines of the initial inspection, we will conduct standard air quality sampling, which involves taking three samples (two indoor and one outdoor). Additionally, we will perform tape lifts or swabs as required and conduct a thorough visual inspection to identify any indications of microbial growth.

To ensure unbiased analysis, the collected test samples will be sent to a third-party laboratory. Once we receive the results, a comprehensive clearance report will be provided to both the remediation company and the client, outlining the findings and conclusions of the analysis.
